Covid Precautions for Rehearsals
(Updated March 2022)
Now that we are able to start meeting to rehearse again we need to adopt a few simple Covid safety precautions, including some recommendations made by the Community Hall
Please follow the following rules to help keep everyone safe:
- No choir member should attend rehearsals if they are showing Covid symptoms, have tested positive or if members of their household have Covid;
- Choir members should report if they contract Covid after attending a rehearsal;
- Almost all members have been doubly vaccinated, we suggest those who have not, take a lateral flow test before rehearsal;
- Cleaning of hall before and after rehearsals will be arranged by the Community Hall;
- Ventilation: doors open during break, roof ventilation open;
- Members need to bring their own music, water, pencil, optional facemask;
- At the Community Hall:
- Use hand sanitiser on arrival if wished;
- Wear face covering on entry and exit at the hall if wished;
- Make sure you sign the register (for Test & Trace);
- Chairs placed as far apart as possible
Stay safe everyone and we look forward to singing together again.
